YAKIMA, Wash., (February 15, 2023) – Blair Chastain has been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Kwik Lok
Corporation. In this role, Blair will focus on enhancing Kwik Lok’s global sales and marketing strategies.
“Blair’s experience developing strong sales strategies and empowering agile teams will be a strong asset
as Kwik Lok continues to grow our business worldwide and make a difference in our communities” said
Don Carrell, Kwik Lok CEO.

Blair is a Southern California resident with over 20 years of proven sales leadership experience
across a variety of industries including agriculture, food, retail fulfillment and manufacturing.
Blair comes to Kwik Lok form IPL Macro in Fairfield, California where he was the Vice President of
Sales and Marketing for North America. In this role, Blair was responsible for successfully leading
IPL Macro’s North American sales, customer service and marketing efforts for all new and
commercialized solutions.

Before working at IPL Macro, Blair was the Vice President of Sales for Rehrig Pacific Company in Los Angeles,
California. At Rehrig Pacific Company, Blair worked to empower an agile and transformative team culture which
led to solutions and market expansions with consistent revenue growth.

Chastain is a graduate of San Diego State University. He and his family reside in Rossmoor, California.
